We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. After selecting your purchases, please complete the order form, including your credit card details and submit it.
Currency Conversion
Prices listed are in Canadian dollars. Conversions to other currencies will automatically be calculated by your credit card company and will appear on your credit card statement. Approximate exchange rates can be calculated at the Currency Converter site.
Shipping Practices and Rates
Orders are sent using expedited postal service. All shipments are fully insured. Shipping charges are free to Canada and the U.S.A. For destinations outside of Canada and the U.S.A., shipping charges will be determined based on weight and destination. Please allow approximately 2-6 weeks for delivery, depending upon availability.
Residents of British Columbia will be charged GST and PST tax. Residents in the rest of Canada will be charged GST tax only.
U.S.A./International customers will not be charged any Canadian sales taxes, but we cannot be responsible for any additional import duties/taxes, which may be levied by your country. If unsure, please contact your local customs office to ensure that you are aware of any additional import charges, before ordering.
Cancellations and Returns
To cancel an order, contact us via e-mail and clearly indicate your name and the transaction number of your order. But please DO NOT QUOTE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER, as the security of e-mail transmissions is not guaranteed. If your order has already been shipped it cannot be cancelled but can be returned, as per below.
Products are returnable within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were sold. The customer will receive a full refund, less the actual costs of shipping (this applies to all customers – including U.S.A. and Canada). Any import duties or additional taxes (other than Canadian sales taxes) will not be refunded.
If the product has been damaged in transit, it will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
*** If you are returning goods and are located in a country other than Canada, please be sure to mark the parcel as “RETURNED GOODS”, otherwise the goods may be subject to import duty.
Privacy
Any information given to The Scottish Croft, including personal and credit card information, will be kept strictly confidential and used only to process your order and/or reply to your questions. We will not share your information with anyone, for any reason, unless required to by law.

Our security measures are the best available and we are committed to making your shopping experience on the Internet as safe and secure as possible. We accept orders only from Web browsers that use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. Your information is encrypted to prevent it being intercepted by anyone else, as it is transferred over the Internet.
Please note that e-mail is not a 100% secure medium. We will never send sensitive information via e-mail and please do not send us personal or confidential information via e-mail – including credit card numbers.
